We are looking for a team player for the Sales Order Operation team of an international company in hardware and software solutions. Are you customer focused and like to work in Order Management?

Salaris en aantal uur per week
- Salary: Maximum of € 3.000,- gross based on fulltime.
- 37,50 hours per week
- Start: As soon as possible
- 1 year, possible extension
Over de functie
You will process, monitor, and coordinate all activities related to the order pipeline and material claims.
Your main tasks:
- Coordinate activities to achieve timely and complete deliveries;
- Manage backorders including stock assignment levelling and conflicts;
- Monitor order flows, identify and resolve discrepancies and issues within the order process;
- Support the stock planning and replenishment process;
- Submit Claims to insurance broker;
- Create debit/credit note.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position (Order Operation / Back office/ Administrative);
- Knowledge of Order Processing (using SAP/ERP systems is preferred);
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel;
- Excellent knowledge of English language writing and speaking;
- Experience in an international work environment is a big plus.
