Over de functie
Your job as a QHSE & ESG Coordinator:
As a QHSE & ESG Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and implementing quality, health & safety, environmental, and security policies. You identify hazards, assess risks, and take appropriate measures. You work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with all customer, legal, and standard requirements. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the company meets the highest QHSE and ESG standards. Your tasks include:
- Improving and ensuring performance in QHSE and ESG.
- Collaborating with HR, IT, and Facility for health & safety, emergency response, and environmental goals.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards by achieving and maintaining required certifications.
- Coordinating and conducting internal and external audits.
- Supporting management and promoting QHSE & ESG policies and objectives.
Your workplace:
You will fulfill an independent role within a company of approximately 165 colleagues, spread across the headquarters in Amsterdam and the Technical Services office in Almere. The warehouse, training center, and production space are also located in Almere. The depots are situated in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Elst, and you will regularly collaborate with colleagues throughout the Netherlands. Do you have what it takes?
In this role, accuracy is crucial as you are responsible for establishing and adhering to safety and environmental policies. You must be a connecting factor on the work floor, able to create support and implement changes. Furthermore, you bring:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- A qualification as a QHSE – ESG Coordinator or KAM Coordinator is highly desired.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Up-to-date knowledge of QHSE & ESG legislation, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001.
- A VCA VOL certificate.
- Fluency in English, Dutch or French is a plus.
