Your job as HR Business Partner:
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to management, guiding them in people management practices, strengthening their HR capabilities, and contributing to HR strategy and operations within their departments. With your HR expertise, communication skills, and proactive approach, you’ll be instrumental in aligning our HR initiatives with the organisation's goals. Your key responsibilities include:
- Strategic HR Partnering: Build strong relationships with all levels of management, immersing yourself in the strategic and operational facets of their teams. Identify opportunities for growth, learning, and process improvement, and take action to ensure that our people strategy is integrated across departments.
- Employee and Management Support: Provide operational HR support, including contract and case management, recruitment, and performance management. Act as a go-to resource for managers and staff on HR-related issues.
- HR Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to diverse HR initiatives, such as implementing HR tools, facilitating organisational change, and evolving our talent management programs. Play a key role in our annual performance management, talent review, and calibration cycles.
- Organisational Design & Effectiveness: Support the creation and continuous improvement of high-performing teams, guide organisational restructuring efforts, and advise on labour law and employee matters impacting our organisation.
- Case Management: Handle cases related to long-term absence, under-performance, disciplinary actions, and individual development. Partner with your HR colleagues to drive initiatives across Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits.

What Do You Bring to the Table?
Your excellent communication skills enable you to provide coaching, give constructive feedback, and navigate conversations effectively. With a positive and proactive attitude, you build connections easily and influence senior management. You bring the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR (Business Partner) role;
- Professional level English, Dutch would be a plus;
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law;
- Experience with project management and HR case management;
- Strong advisory skills and expertise in managing business processes.
