Over de functie
As a Content Publisher, you will be responsible for uploading and managing digital content across different online platforms. Working with the Content Team Lead and the Content Publishing Team, you’ll learn the details of client campaigns and handle the technical side of managing their content for a global company. You’ll also work with various teams to review content, make it live, and ensure it successfully reaches the intended audience.
Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurately publishing of brand and commercial campaign content;
- Assessing the quality of incoming requests and tickets, implementing online adjustments, and checking the outcome of your actions;
- Aligning priorities among tickets by actively managing your queue of incoming requests and coordinating your work accordingly;
- Continuously striving to improve workflows and processes, both within your team and with clients, finding functionalities within the system's capabilities, and enhancing communication overall;
- Ensuring constant transparency regarding the status of implementations and requests during sprints to your key stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, some level of Dutch is a plus;
- A degree in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Communications, IT;
- Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technology;
- Understanding of technical and creative aspects of digital environments;
- Knowledge of CMS such as AEM.
