Over de functie
You will be an integral part of the company's brands European Membership & CRM team. The primary goal is to consistently enhance member acquisition, satisfaction, and retention across all European markets and direct consumer channels.
The Role
In this role you will execute member segmentation and personalisation initiatives to improve consumer engagement & conversion. This role is collaborating closely with the internal Data Science team, the CRM teams & marketing automation specialists.
The purpose of this role is to deepen the understanding of the brand's members through the development of segmentation and personalisation models and consumer research. Leveraging these insights, you will create tailored strategies to optimize consumer engagement. We are looking for a hands-on person whose expertise lies in translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, driving personalised experiences that resonate with our members and foster long-lasting relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Govern consumer segmentation and personalisation models.
- Plan, refine & coordinate development of segmentation & personalisation models.
- Scope & coordinate email personalisation experiments.
- Orchestrate automated personalisation & data collection tactics.
- Member research planning & execution.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ Years’ experience in CRM, analytics or consumer segmentation related fields.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Project Management and Collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Nice to have: consumer research expertise.
