The Team:
Our client is looking to expand their EMEA HR Operations team with an HR Benefits and Administration Specialist, whose role is critical in driving forward the development and delivery of smooth and efficient HR Operations.
The Position:
This role serves as the point of contact for HR related questions from the internal customers and is crucial in providing support to the HR Benefits and HR Operations Specialists to drive forward the development and delivery of smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, resolve and track Associates’ individual requests (cases) via our People Services Portal Service Now), including but not limited to: public transport subscriptions, travel allowance, leave of absence registration, employer’s statement, visa inquiries, employee payslips, etc.
- Liaise with Payroll, HR Advisors and CoEs if needed to achieve resolution of Associates’ requests.
- Support HR Operations Specialists and Sr HR Benefits Specialist in administering employee lifecycle (30% ruling applications, Highly Skilled Migrant registrations and deregistrations, transportation subscription management, onboarding checks – bank account and personal details).
- Maintain vital associate documents Document Management System.
- Act as a gatekeeper for completeness of associate files and data accuracy (immigration etc.).
- Support Sr HR Benefits Specialist with coding and checking of invoices and HR Operations Team with reporting, pension enrollments and mutations and insurance contributions.
- Be the second line of support for the company car administration.
- Support internal and external data audits and provide reports on associate data (sox, GDPR, visa, travel subscriptions).
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills and outstanding customer service.
- A clear understanding of process interdependencies, HR policies, and guidelines.
- Compliance and risk-focused mindset.
- Transactional and technical knowledge in HR Admin (payroll administration, core data, document management).
- Ideally has experience of Workday and Service Now.
- Ability to learn quickly, analyze information, and exercise good judgment.
