The Team
The EMEA Marketing Team has a regional scope, with expertise in all EMEA markets and across all channels. The team serves to implement and execute regional marketing strategy, develop an overarching activation framework and to make measurable impact in all the hubs. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer-centric initiatives, while leveraging data and insights to validate their approach.
The Position
The EMEA Marketing Planning Manager (maternity cover) plays a key role in supporting the regional marketing teams in the planning and roll out of seasonal strategy. This position supports the Senior Manager in managing regional and market-specific strategies based on consumer insights, business data, and brand positioning to align with overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planning alignment across the region, leading cross-functional collaboration meetings with multiple departments.
- Manage seasonal regional marketing plans, including calendars, planning overviews, and rollout documents.
- Maintain and update relevant marketing documentation, ensuring information is readily available across campaign management platforms.
- Provide regular updates on EMEA marketing initiatives and performance results to leadership teams.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years' experience in marketing in Fashion, Retail, FMCG, and or agency.
- Strong proven project management skills + record of accomplishment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic thinking, and decision-maker, able to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adapt to a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
- Experience with multiple marketing channels, both on and offline.
- A collaborative team player who can confidently communicate across functions and levels.
- Advanced Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Experience with content management and/or planning software is a plus.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
