About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seasonal planning activities in close collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Execute strategic buying decisions across multiple seasons each year.
- Maintain clear communication with product merchandisers, developers, vendors, and buying offices.
- Oversee material bookings and maintain a comprehensive global order book for assigned divisions.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in buying or planning roles, preferably in a global environment.
- Proficient in managing and analyzing large Excel datasets, with advanced formula knowledge (e.g., Power BI Pivots, V-lookup's, If statements).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
