About the job

The Team

Based in Amsterdam, the EMEA Creative Services team creates compelling store and showroom experiences. Collaborating with global departments, they produce VM & Windows guidelines, manage showroom operations, and ensure brand consistency across retail and wholesale in the EMEA region.

The Position

As the Campaigns & Consumer Messaging Coordinator, you will support the rollout of campaigns and messaging across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Senior Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of campaign imagery & videos to stores.
  • Driving efficient processes through collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Setting seasonal image priorities and assigning them to lightboxes/frames and POS.
  • Briefing vendors on strategy to meet campaign launch dates.
  • Creating guidelines for clear communication on campaigns and messaging.
  • Ensuring non-seasonal consumer messaging is available and adapted locally.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related.
  • Experience as a coordinator (or similar) within a dynamic international company (ideally in retail/E-commerce).
  • Vendor management skills, preferably in print production.
  • Passion for consumer experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask across projects.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
