About the job
Your job as Project Assistant Sponsorship & Events:
As the Project Assistant, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing innovative sponsorship strategies for a diverse portfolio. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement sponsorship packages that drive revenue and align with client objectives. You will also oversee the execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring seamless coordination and maximum visibility for our partners. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your work will include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sponsorship revenue targets.
- Coordinating sponsor activities, ensuring maximum engagement and visibility.
- Managing the execution of sponsorship contracts and deliverables.
- Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to price and manage sponsorship assets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential sponsors.
Your workplace:
You’ll be part of the small Sponsorship team within the Brand department, working closely with various departments to deliver high-impact sponsorship solutions. Your direct supervisor will be the Sponsorship Manager, but you’ll collaborate regularly with colleagues from sales, marketing, and event operations. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on creativity and strategic thinking, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll be travelling multiple times a year to attend international events, the first one coming up in Italy this October.
What do you bring to the table?
You are a strategic thinker with a knack for creative problem-solving. Your strong organizational skills enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that every detail is covered. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as you’ll be the key point of contact for sponsors. We’re looking for someone with:
- 1+ year experience in a role that involved project management.
- excellent communication skills in English.
- experience in Marketing, Events or Branding is a plus.
- proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Smartsheet, ASANA, or Monday.com is a plus.
