About the job

Your job as Interim HR Business Partner
In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for managers and employees in the Netherlands, while also collaborating with colleagues in Malta, Germany, and Turkey. Your main focus will be on employment law advice, recruitment strategies, and performance management. You will contribute to the evolving HR processes and initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert guidance on employment law and managing recruitment and selection processes.
  • Preparing employment proposals and supporting the performance management cycle.
  • Coordinating integrity screenings and improving HR policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to employer branding and the development of new sourcing tools.
  • Leading the ongoing improvement of data-driven recruitment processes within the AFAS HR platform.

What do you bring to the table?
Your role requires strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset to drive HR initiatives. To succeed, you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
  • A minimum of 7 years of HR and recruitment experience, preferably within international financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, interview techniques, and online sourcing.
  • Experience with the AFAS HR system is an advantage.
