About the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of product-related data within systems such as PLM, aligning with business standards.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on KPI's like data integrity, sustainability metrics, sample delivery timelines, and product development progress.
  • Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and design teams to maintain seamless data input and management throughout the product life cycle.
  • Perform data cleansing, quality assessments, and provide insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Generate actionable insights to support decision-making and improve visibility into performance areas.
  • Work on ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests for divisional teams and leadership.
  • Partner with global teams to streamline workflows and maintain consistency across regions.


Skills and Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in data coordination, analytics, or reporting, ideally within the fashion, retail, or product development industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, V-LOOKUP's) and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Centric PLM) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A passion for fashion and a solid understanding of product life cycle processes.
