About the job

The Team
The team drives the evolution of the Brand's Product Teams by leading change, ensuring alignment, enhancing efficiency, and fostering strategic innovation. Accessories is one of the brand’s fastest-growing product divisions, with the Women’s Accessories line launching four collections annually—Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter—alongside special collaborations and an international markets line.

The Position
The successful candidate will support the Footwear team in developing four collections per year across various product groups, including NOS, exclusive collaborations, and the international markets line. This role involves close collaboration with the design and product development teams to ensure successful collection execution.

The main tasks consist in:

  • Assisting in all related samples’ management activities.
  • Ensuring all data sources (PLM, line list) are compiled/updated with accuracy throughout all milestones.
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape, be aware of product trends and the competition’s price points.
  • Preparing regular analysis related to product: sell in, sell out, top sellers, retail price structure, etc.
  • Assisting in developing seasonal product briefs in line with targets of sales, SKU’s, productivity, margins and product trends.
  • Working on all product presentations to be presented to sales managers during several touch points and receiving the feedback to be translated into the collection.
  • Preparing the SMS file for samples sent to showrooms.
  • Attending and actively participating in all product-related reviews and seasonal product shoots.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely line execution according to the division’s calendar.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree level or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a merchandising team within a premium brand environment preferred.
  • Product understanding and interest for the world of accessories, with knowledge of the key players and market trends.
  • Fluent in English; both written and oral.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
